Shipping & Returns
Standard shipping is free on orders over $50 (within the US only). We typically ship orders within 3-5 business days. You can return your candle for free if you're unsatisfied for any reason.
Please note: Changes in temperature and handling during the shipping process can cause the candle to separate slightly from its vessel. We can't do much about it, unfortunately. That said, separation does not affect the performance of your candle!
Candle Care
Trim wick to 1/4" before each burn. For the first burn, let the entire top layer of wax melt to prevent wax tunneling. Burn for a maximum of 4 hours at a time. Don't leave a lit candle near open windows, flammable materials, pets, or kids.
